This week's guest on REPORT FROM SANTA FE is author David Morrell, celebrating the release of his newest historical thriller “Ruler of the Night,” Morrell’s final book in his Victorian-era thriller trilogy of “Murder as a Fine Art “ (2013) and “Inspector of the Dead"(2015).

These historical thrillers feature Thomas De Quincey, the scandalous, opium-addicted author, embroiled in lurid series of murders as he employs his unique psychological and philosophical insights in an investigation of the slayings of prominent members of English society.
